Fresh Gluten Free Pasta Dough

This is such a simple recipe to make fresh pasta. We used a standard fresh pasta recipe and substituted the flour with the Bezgluten Multi Flour Mix. As this flour mix has the thickeners Xanthan and Guar Gum already added, you can substitute it 1 to 1 in most recipes. Give this a go as you will love having great tasting pasta so worth the effort.

 

WHAT YOU NEED PER PERSON

 - 100g gluten free flour mix

 - 1 large egg

 - 1/4 tsp water

      

Mix all ingredients together into a dough of playdough texture. Shape with a pasta machine or roll out flat and cut to shape.

Cook in boiling salt water for 2-4 minutes. Drain and enjoy with your favourite Pasta sauce
